These terms cover your use of grincade.com ("the site"), run by Grincade Studio ("we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The site

The site shows who we are and what we make, and lets you contact us. It is provided as it is. We try to keep it correct and online, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Our games

Our games have their own pages and, where needed, their own terms. Where a game page or store listing has terms of its own, those apply to that game. Games marked Early access or Alpha are unfinished and may change, break or be removed.

Our content

The Grincade name, logo, artwork, music, 3D scenes, code and game content on the site belong to Grincade Studio or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view the site and share its link. You may not copy, resell or reuse our content, or take our games, without our written permission.

Fair use of the site

• Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or its contact form.
• Do not send spam, abuse, or anything unlawful through the contact form.
• Do not copy the site, or run it on another domain, to pass it off as ours.

Piracy and copying

We do not allow pirated copies of our games or the reuse of our assets without a licence. We may remove access, and take reasonable steps against, anyone who distributes our work without permission. If you find a pirated copy of a Grincade game, please tell us at [email protected].

What you send us

If you send us feedback or an idea, we may use it to improve our games without owing you anything for it. We will not publish your name or message without asking.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites and stores. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
