This policy covers grincade.com, run by Grincade Studio. It says what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do.

What we collect

• Contact form. If you use "Talk to us", we receive the name, email address, topic and message you type, the page you sent it from, and the country your connection appears to come from. We use them only to read and answer your message.
• Email. If you write to [email protected], we keep your address and message to reply to you.
• Server logs. The web host (Netlify) keeps standard logs, such as IP address and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running.
• On your device. The site remembers a few choices in your browser (sound on or off, and a one-time home-screen hint). They never leave your device. See the Cookie policy.

What we do not do

No accounts, no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools, and no cookies on this site. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Who handles it

Contact form messages are delivered to a private studio channel on Discord. The site is hosted on Netlify, and its DNS and security are handled by Cloudflare. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads. These services process data on our behalf under their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need to answer you and keep a record of the conversation. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to [email protected].

Our games

Each game has its own page or store listing and may collect limited data to work (for example, a name for online play). Those details are described where you get the game.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you think a child has sent us theirs, write to us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

This site links to game pages, stores and our maker's site. They have their own privacy policies.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top.
